To anyone interested in buying or selling property in the Payson, Arizona area. My wife and I were very fortunate to have found Maia Crespin as our realtor.

We live in Fountain Hills, Arizona, and have visited Payson enough to know that we wanted to relocate there. We found a property online in Payson that we were very interested in. She prepared our offer the same day and kept us informed every step of the way. She is a very good listener and communicator, and she negotiated our terms of purchase perfectly.

It was because of Maia's tireless energy and bubbly positive personality. We are in the home we dreamed of. Even weeks following the closing of our property we still reach out to Maia for advice and information. She has always been very quick to respond with advice, solutions, and information. We were so fortunate to get Maia Crespin not only as our realtor but now as a friend.
